Day 53 – Friday 10 September 2021 –? Km

Finally we found a Post Office close by this morning to send some books we had collected for the grandchildren. Then into Coles to stock up on some groceries after our trip away to Magnetic Island. Next we went to Bunnings to pick up some more paint supplies & shiny screws then back to the house for lunch. Toasted sangers for lunch with Rob, Sandra, Will & Marlene and a nice chat.

 The afternoon was spent putting the two back doors back on then masking up the glass on the front doors for painting plus painting a coat on the front door frame. Drinks & nibblies for sundowners then a simple meal for dinner, sausage & onion sandwiches. Everyone was exhausted.
